Achieve Personal Training
There are two reasons behind this philosophy – learning curve and results. Before you begin working out on your own, I need to know that you are in control of the techniques and theory behind what we will do. And we both need to see results for your sessions to be productive. Everyone sees results within 30 days unless something is amiss (such as diet, illness, or injury). Most of my clients work with me for two to three months. Exceptions to those who use the 10-session basic program are competitive athletes and those with very specific fitness or rehabilitative goals. Consistency is the watchword in the beginning. After a couple of years of good solid work, you can skip a workout now and then (but never regularly) and not feel the difference. In the beginning, however, repetition of movement on a consistent basis is THE foundation for progress. If you lack consistency in the early work, your results will be sub-optimal. Positive change requires a commitment, and I encourage you to make that commitment. I take great pride in helping you create the changes you're striving for, and am greatly interested in seeing you succeed in your fitness endeavors. I am very open to trying new and different things to suit your interests, and doing research to help you find answers to questions specific to your concerns. My schedule is flexible to accommodate your needs. I am certain that, together, we can meet and exceed your goals, be they as large as competitive athletics, as difficult as overcoming injury, or as simple as going up stairs without breathing hard.
